Ingredients (7)

2 handful rocket
2 cloves garlic — cloves, peeled
50 g parmesan cheese — or pecorino cheese, grated
50 g mixed seeds
lemon — halved, juice only
100 ml olive oil — extra virgin
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until well combined but still chunky.

Add more olive oil if needed.

Season.

Keep refridgerated.
