  • potato cakes (see recipe)
  • grilled vegetables (see recipe)
  • tomato sauce (see recipe)
  • deep-fried leeks (see recipe)
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
 

Method

 
Place a potato cake (see recipe) onto a plate and top with grilled vegetables (see recipe), Surround with a little braised tomato sauce and finish with deep-fried leeks if desired. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and serve as a vegetarian meal.
