    tomatoes
  • 2
    tsp
    sea salt
  • 3
    stalks of thyme (leaves removed)
  • 3
    Tbs
    olive oil
  • 3
    garlic cloves - optional
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the tomatoes in half and layer on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, scatter with thyme leaves, and season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
