Ingredients (13)

0.00 chicken — whole, cooked
2.00 pumpkin — cubed
0.00 fresh chillies — 573
4.00 red onion — cut into quarters
8.00 garlic — cloves
2.00 fresh chillies
3.00 feta cheese
3.00 fresh basil
Salad dressing
100.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
30.00 ml vinegar — white balsamic
15.00 ml mustard seeds — whole
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Cover the pumpkin pieces with the  onions, garlic, chilli with olive oil.
Roast in oven for 40 min at 200 °C. Let it cool down.
Break chicken into pieces and remove the skin.
Make the salad dressing by adding all ingredients and mix with the chicken.
Break feta cheese into big pieces and arrange on a serving plate.
Break fresh basil over it and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with lovely crusty bread.
