Roasted pumpkin

    pumpkin slices, with peel
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 125
    ml
    caramelised verjuice
  • 100
    g
    pine nuts, toasted
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Place the pumpkin, butter and verjuice syrup into a roasting pan and bake for 40 minutes or until soft and gooey.
Sprinkle over the nuts.
