Roasted oranges with dark chocolate

Ingredients

  • 4
    oranges, sliced
  • 60
    ml
    treacle sugar
  • 125
    ml
    dessert wine
  • 200
    g
    cocoa dark chocolate (orange flavoured)
  • 120
    g
    mascarpone
 

Method

Place oranges in a large frying pan, sprinkle with sugar and pour the wine over.
Cook until sticky and golden.
Take off the heat and break the chocolate into the pan and let it melt.
Add a dollop of mascarpone and serve.
