Roast garlic

  • garlic bulbs
  • salt
  • olive oil


Place garlic bulbs on a baking sheet (or wrap loosely in foil), sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Roast, covered with foil, at 180 ºC for about 20 minutes. Remove foil and roast for a further 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender when gently squeezed. To serve, cut off tops and squeeze garlic out.
