    chicken breasts, with bone, skinned
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    freshly ground pepper
  • 125
    ml
    chicken stock
  • 2
    sprigs rosemary
  • 2
    juice and zest of lemon
 

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Season breasts with salt and pepper, and place in a small roasting pan with chicken stock, rosemary sprigs, lemon juice and zest. Bake for about 30 minutes.
