    baby squashes, halved

    baby potatoes, halved
  • 250

    yellow patty pans, halved
  • 250

    butternut, cubed
  • 2
    red onions, quartered
  • 5
    ml
    Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 65
    ml
    olive oil

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

2. Place vegetables in a roasting pan and season with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
