    kg
    lamb shoulder
  • 30
    ml
    PnP ground coriander
  • 1
    pinch
    pinch salt and ground pepper, or to taste
 

Method

Using a sharp knife, score lamb fat with a criss-cross pattern.

Rub with coriander, salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan.

Cover with a lid and roast at 150°C for 3-4 hours or until lamb is very tender.
