65.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2.00 potatoes
2.00 fresh rosemary — sprigs
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 chicken — quarters
2.00 lemons
120.00 g cauliflower
120.00 g butternut — cubed

Method:

Preheat oven to 200¢ªC. Pour half the olive
oil into a roasting tray, place in the ovenfor 5 minutes. Cut the potatoes into wedges leaving the skin on, place in the roasting tray with chopped rosemary and half the garlic. Roast for 20 minutes until golden. Add cauliflower and butternut, roast for a further 10 minutes. Meanwhile place the chicken quarters in another roasting tray, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and garlic, and scatter around lemon slices. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve chicken over roasted vegetables.
