Rissoni and spring veggies

Ingredients

  • Green beans (blanched)
  • Thinly sliced courgettes
  • Young green asparagus
  • 1
    cup
    baby peas
  • 1/2
    packet Rissoni
  • 3
    Tbs
    butter
  • Salt and pepper
 

Method

15 mins
 
Cook the rissoni until al dente.
Stir-fry the veggies, keeping them crisp.
Add the rissoni and butter.
Add some salt and pepper.
Serve.
