Ingredients (6)

500.00 g ricotta cheese
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
15.00 ml thyme — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
5.00 ml garlic — cloves, chopped
15.00 ml olive oil

Method:

Mix all ingredients together well.
With wet hands, shape mixture into little balls. Roll them in, or shake over, Zatar and ground rosé pepper.
Serve on young salad leaves.
