    PnP brown rice
  • 1
    can
    bean mix
  • 400
    g
    corn kernels
  • 2
    green peppers - diced (can also use
  • red or yellow peppers)
  • 3
    Tbs
    caesar salad dressing, or any other
  • of your choice
  • 2
    avocados - halved and de-pipped
  • 3
    ml
    paprika - for sprinkling
 

Method

Toss all the ingredients together, except avocados and paprika.

Spoon rice mixture into avocado hollows.

Serve sprinkled with paprika.
