Rice salad

Serving Change
  • finely diced green, red and yellow peppers
  • olives
  • onion
  • tomato (remove seeds)
  • cheese – cheddar, feta, any cheese of your choice
  • crispy bacon or any cold meat of your choice
  • parsley
  • gherkins
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooked rice (any type)
  • mayonnaise

The quantities of diced ingredients is equal to the cooked rice.
Mix all these ingredients together.
Mix mayonnaise with the salad, cover and leave overnight in the fridge.
You can serve immediately but You can eat the salad immediately if you want, but the magic happens in the fridge.
It seems a lot of work to finely dice the ingredients, but it is worth the effort.
Not only does it look good, it also enhances the magic in each bite.
