    milk

    large eggs

    butter, melted

    pieces stick cinnamon
  • 3
    cardamom seeds
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 175
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 250
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease a large ovenproof dish. Mix the rice and milk and cool if using hot rice. Beat the eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Add to the rice mixture and mix well. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and set.
