  • 60
    ml
    rice
  • 500
    ml
    milk
  • salt
  • 60
    ml
    cake flour
  • 2
    extra-large eggs, whisked
  • cinnamon sugar
 

Method

 
Boil the rice, milk and salt together until the rice is tender and done and most of the milk has been absorbed. Add the cake flour and mix well. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture in shallow oil and fry until brown on both sides. Roll in cinnamon sugar and serve hot. Makes 10 fritters.
