500.00 ml rice — cooked
250.00 ml ham — finely chopped
2.00 eggs — extra large, whisked
250.00 ml milk
250.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.00 eggs — hard-boiled, sliced

Method:

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC (375 ºF). Spray a 20 x 22 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Combine the rice, ham, whisked eggs, milk and half the cheese in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Turn the mixture into the prepared dish and arrange the slices of hard-boiled egg on top. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4.
