Rice Soup

    chicken breast fillets

    egg white

    cornflour

    chicken stock

    button mushrooms, sliced
  • 75

    canned bamboo shoots, drained and cut into julienne strips (optional)

    ml
    fresh ginger, grated
  • 2
    chives, finely chopped
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 15
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 500
    ml
    cooked white rice
 

Method

 
Cut the chicken into thin strips. Blend the egg white and cornflour and add the chicken strips. Mix well. Bring the chicken stock to the boil and add the chicken strips. Mix the remaining ingredients and add. Simmer for three minutes. Serve hot.
