    rooibos tea bags
  • 500
    ml
    boiling water
  • 200
    ml
    sugar
  • 1
    cinnamon stick
  • 2
    cloves
  • 375
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 300
    ml
    soda water
  • ice cubes
 

Method

 
Heat rooibos tea bags, boiling water, sugar, cinnamon stick and cloves, stirring until sugar dissolves. Strain and cool. Add lemon juice and chill. Before serving, add soda water and ice cubes.
