Refreshing coconut smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2
    small bananas, sliced
  • 15
    ml
    honey (or to taste)
  • 30
    ml
    chocolate macadamia nut spread
  • 250
    ml
    coconut water, chilled
  • 250
    ml
    coconut milk, chilled
 

Method

 

Place all the ingredients in a juicer and pulse until smooth.
Pour into pretty glasses and enjoy well chilled.

Note: If you can’t get the readymade chocolate macadamia nut spread, mix about 5ml cocoa and 30ml macadamia nut butter or peanut butter.
