1.00 red pepper — tinned or charred and peeled
2.00 feta cheese — rounds
100.00 g almonds — flaked and toasted
1.00 cream cheese — tub
15.00 ml fresh thyme — chopped

Method:

Put the red peppers, feta and toasted almonds in a food processor and pulse until just combined. Add the cream cheese and chopped thyme and pulse slowly until well combined. Season to taste.
