Ravioli Gorgonzola

  • 100
    g
    Gorgonzola or creamy blue cheese, crumbled (use less salt with blue cheese)
  • 60
    ml
    milk
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • salt and milled pepper
  • 400
    g
    spinach and ricotta filled ravioli
  • 65
    ml
    thick cream
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 

Method

 
Place first 4 ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan and heat gently. Using a wooden spoon, mash and stir mixture to blend well. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil and cook ravioli as directed on the packet. When ravioli is almost ready, increase temperature of stove plate under sauce and stir in cream. Drain ravioli and fold into sauce. Spoon into a heated serving dish and serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, crusty bread and a green salad.
