    slices bread
  • butter
  • 410
    g
    ratatouille
  • grated cheese
  • 3
    eggs
  • 200
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 200
    ml
    milk
 

Method

 
Toast bread until crisp. Halve, butter and arrange half the slices in the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Spoon the ratatouille on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, season and cover with the remaining bread slices. Beat eggs, yoghurt and milk together and pour over the ingredients in the dish. Leave to soak before baking for 30-35 minutes at 180 ºC.
