    ml
    cake flour
  • 500
    ml
    milk
  • 410
    g
    ratatouille
  • seasonings to tastte
  • pasta, cooked
 

Method

 
Prepare a white sauce using the flour and heated milk. Season. Stir in a can of ratatouille and heat, without bringing to the boil. Season with mustard, chopped parsley and freshly ground black pepper to taste, mix with pasta and serve.
