Raspberry yoghurt lollies

A quick and easy summer dessert that's bound to be a hit with the kids.

Preparation time: 15 min + Standing time


  • 180
    frozen raspberries
  • 3
    icing sugar
  • 300
    raspberry flavoured yoghurt
Servings: Change Serving


Place the raspberries in a blender with the icing sugar and 1 tbsp water and blitz until smooth.

Spoon mixture into ice lolly moulds until half full, top with raspberry ?avoured yoghurt. Insert sticks, place moulds in the freezer and allow to set.

To serve:

Unmould and serve immediately
