    ml
    cream
  • 30
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 200
    g
    frozen raspberries, defrosted and drained
  • 30
    ml
    port
  • 10
    ml
    ground cinnamon
  • 200
    g
    almond macaroon biscuits, crumbled
 

Method

 
Beat the cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.
Mix the raspberries, port and cinnamon in a bowl and fold in the cream mixture.
Divide the biscuits between four tumblers and top with the berry cream.
