950.00 ml flour — cake
30.00 ml sugar
5.00 ml salt
85.00 ml raisins
10.00 g Superbake Instant Yeast
100.00 g butter
300.00 ml milk
1.00 eggs — extra-large, whisked

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF) . Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spray with non-stick spray.
Sift together the cake flour, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the raisins. Sprinkle the instant yeast over the dry ingredients. Heat the butter and milk until the butter has just melted. Cool the milk mixture until lukewarm. Add to the dry ingredients and mix. Knead the dough well until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and leave in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
Punch the dough down and shape into fairly small buns. Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet. Cover and leave to rise for about 20 minutes.
Brush with the whisked egg and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or
until golden brown on tap. Cover with aluminium foil if the buns turn too brown on top and are not done.
Serve hot.
