Quick tuna pasta

    ml
    uncooked screw noodles
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 185
    g
    tuna in oil, drained but reserve the oil
  • 4
    carrots, scraped and cut into strips
  • spice for rice
  • spice for fish
  • 20
    ml
    white wine
  • 410
    g
    cream-style sweetcorn
 

Method

 
Cook the pasta in 5 litres of boiling water until tender. Drain well and set aside. Sauté the onion in the tuna oil. Add the carrots and stir-fry until glossy. Season with the spices. Add the white wine and bring to a rapid boil. Reduce the heat and add the sweetcorn, tuna and pasta. Heat until warmed through. If desired, turn into a dish, sprinkle with cheese and grill until the cheese has melted. Serves 4.
