    cake flour

    milk

    can (390 g) Vienna sausages, sliced

    eggs, separated
  • 1
    can (240 g) whole-kernel corn
  • 1
    small can (230 g) peas
  • 500
    ml
    breadcrumbs
  • 250
    ml
    grated cheddar cheese
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease an ovenproof dish.
Prepare a white sauce with the margarine or butter, flour and milk and season with salt and pepper.
Add the sausages, egg yolks, corn, peas, breadcrumbs and half the cheese to the white sauce.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Spoon into the prepared dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes.
