Quick pizzas with savoury topping

Heat a medium-sized pan and add the oil. Sauté; the onion and garlic until just soft, add the diced green pepper and sauté; for another minute. Remove from the heat and add the herbs. Add the tomatoes and their juice, return the pan to the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Add seasoning. Flake the tuna coarsely and add to the sauce. Meanwhile heat the oven to 200 °C and spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Spoon the tuna mixture on top of the pizza bases, tramezzini or pittas, and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Place in the oven until the cheese melts and the bases are lightly browned and crisp. Transfer to serving plates, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
