    cake flour
  • 10
    ml
    baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 125
    ml
    oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 125
    ml
    milk
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Sift the dry ingredients together and add the remaining ingredients. Beat well together and pour the mixture over leftover meat or vegetables in an ovenproof dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
