Quick pepper burgers

    onion, finely chopped
  • 500

    lean mince
  • 1
    packet instant pepper sauce
  • 60
    ml
    fresh breadcrumbs
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 30
    ml
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1
    packet instant mushroom sauce
  • Olive oil
 

Method

 
Fry the onion in a little oil, cool slightly and mix with all the remaining ingredients, except the mushroom sauce.
Shape into burger patties and fry over medium heat or grill over hot coals.
Serve with mushroom sauce made according to the packet instructions.
