Ingredients (12)

0.00 oil
2.00 onion — finely chopped
6.00 sausages — Russain-style, chopped
6.00 cheese grillers — cut into pieces
500.00 ml mixed vegetables — frozen
259.00 g peaches — rinned slices
30.00 ml chutney
0.00 Worcestershire sauce
30.00 ml tomato sauce
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
500.00 ml pasta — shells
0.00 fresh parsley — chopped

Method:

Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and sauté the onions until tender.
Add the sausages and fry until done.

Add the vegetables and stir-fry until done.

Add the peach slices, chutney and Worcester and tomato sauce. Season with salt en pepper.

Add the cooked pasta and mix.

Heat through and serve with chopped fresh parsley.
