Quick pasta with sausages

  • oil
  • 2
    onions, finely chopped
  • 6
    Russian sausages, cut into pieces
  • 6
    cheese grillers, cut into pieces
  • 500
    ml
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 259
    g
    peach slices in syrup, drained
  • 30
    ml
    chutney
  • Worcester sauce to taste
  • 30
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 500
    ml
    pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • chopped fresh parsley
 

Method

 

Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and sauté the onions until tender.
Add the sausages and fry until done.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry until done.
Add the peach slices, chutney and Worcester and tomato sauce. Season with salt en pepper.
Add the cooked pasta and mix.
Heat through and serve with chopped fresh parsley.
