    slices rye bread
  • 50
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 50
    ml
    crumbly cottage cheese with chives
  • lettuce leaves
  • 4
    slices back bacon, grilled
  • 4
    thick slices tomato
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Place the bread slices on two plates. Blend the mayonnaise and cottage cheese and spread each slice of bread with a little of the mixture. Arrange a few lettuce leaves over the spread and top each slice with two rashers of bacon and the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper, add another spoon of the mayonnaise mixture and serve.
