Ingredients (8)

350.00 g hake — frozen, skinned
30.00 ml butter
20.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.00 ml fish spice
125.00 ml milk
5.00 ml cornflour

Method:

In a pan, fry the fish on both sides in the butter.
Add the parsley and garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the fish spice and pour the milk over.
Simmer until the fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the pan and add the cornflour blended with a little water.
Simmer until slightly thickened.
Pour the sauce over the fish.

Serve with lemon slices.
Serves 3.
