    oil

    cloves
    garlic, crushed

    ginger, freshly grated
  • 5
    ml
    dried crushed chillies
  • 450

    green beans, trimmed
 

Method

 
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté crushed garlic, ginger and chillies. Add green beans and stir-fry until tender.
