Quick fruit salad

    pineapple chunks

    pear slices
  • 840

    guava halves

    bananas, sliced
  • half a 150 g bottle Maraschino cherries
  • 397
    g
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 50
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 100
    g
    almond flakes
  • 125
    ml
    coconut
 

Method

 
Drain the canned fruits, reserving 200 ml of the syrup. Blend the condensed milk and lemon juice. Add the reserved fruit syrup and mix well. Turn into a deep glass bowl and leave to thicken. Arrange the fruit in layers in the condensed milk mixture, sprinkling each layer with almond flakes. Sprinkle the top layer with coconut and chill till needed. Serves 6-8.
