Quick chocolate mousse

    ml
    gelatine
  • 15
    ml
    water
  • 200
    g
    easy melt dark chocolate coating, grated
  • 15
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 410
    g
    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • whipped cream and chocolate curls
 

Method

 
Soak gelatine in water. Dissolve over hot water. Place all ingredients, except milk, into blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Heat milk. Add to mixture in the blender. Blend until chocolate melts. Pour into individual serving dishes. Chill until set. Decorate with chocolate curls and whipped cream.
