Quick chicken and oyster soup with croûtons

    smoked oysters
  • dash of sherry
  • CROÛTONS

    olive oil
  • 25
    ml
    sesame oil

    garlic, crushed
  • 250
    g
    white bread cubes
  • 10
    ml
    sesame seeds
 

Method

 
Empty the can of chicken soup into a saucepan. Add milk and heat until just simmering. Add oysters and a dash of sherry. Serve hot sprinkled with croûtons. CROÛTONS: Mix together the oils and garlic. Drizzle over the bread and toss to coat. Lay on a baking tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds and grill until golden, shaking the tray frequently.
