Ingredients (9)

410.00 g soup — chicken
350.00 ml milk
105.00 g oysters — smoked
sherry
CROÛTONS
25.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
25.00 ml sesame oil
10.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
250.00 g bread — cubed
10.00 ml sesame seeds

Method:

Empty the can of chicken soup into a saucepan. Add milk and heat until just simmering.
Add oysters and a dash of sherry. Serve hot sprinkled with croûtons.
CROÛTONS:
Mix together the oils and garlic. Drizzle over the bread and toss to coat.
Lay on a baking tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds and grill until golden, shaking the tray frequently.
