Quick beef stir-fry and chilli sauce

    sirloin steak, cut into strips

    onion sliced

    green beans, sliced

    baby corn, halved
  • 2
    carrots, cut julienne

    yellow pepper, cut julienne
  • 1
    red pepper, cut julienne
  • 60
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 45
    ml
    chilli sauce
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • salt to taste
 

Method

 
In a wok, heat the olive oil and brown the steak for 5 minutes. Add the onion, beans, baby corn and carrots, and stir-fry for another 4 minutes. Stir in the peppers and fry until soft and tender. Mix together soya, chilli sauce, sugar and salt, add to the wok and heat through. Serve hot.
