Fry onion and garlic.
Add mince and fry until browned.
Add the spices, stir well to blend all those gorgeous spices.
Add the cabbage, continue stirring until the cabbage has softened.
Add the peas, keep stirring.
Add the tomato paste, turn down the heat and leave to simmer slowly for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir in the olives.
Serve with rice, mash, baked potatoes, or couscous - or just as is.
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan.
