    leftover roast chicken, shredded
  • 1
    packet instant creamy roast chicken sauce mix
  • 1
    red pepper, chopped
  • 400
    g
    frozen puff pastry, defrosted
 

Method

 
Mix leftover shredded roast chicken with prepared instant sauce mix. Add a chopped red pepper. Cut circles from the puff pastry using a saucer as a guide. Place filling in centre. Fold pastry over and using a fork, press closed. Bake at 200 ºC for 20 minutes until golden. Serve with extra sauce if desired.
