Quick Bircher muesli

Ingredients

  • 1
    cup
    rolled oats
  • 1/4
    tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1
    cup
    milk
  • 3
    kiwi fruit, peeled and puréed
  • 1
    cup
    Greek yoghurt
  • 2
    small red apples, thinly sliced
  • 75
    g
    pomegranate seeds
  • 50
    g
    pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4
    cup
    honey, to drizzle
 

Method

 
Place the oats and cinnamon in a bowl, pour over milk, cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix together kiwi purée and yoghurt.

Divide oats between 4 bowls, top with apples and yoghurt mixture. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and nuts and drizzle with honey.
