    ml
    cake flour
  • 10
    ml
    baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1
    egg
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    cooked pumpkin, mashed
  • 15
    ml
    oil (you may need more)
 

Method

 
Sift the dry ingredients together. Beat egg and sugar together, and add to flour. Stir in pumpkin and mix to a soft dough. Roll out into small pieces and bake in oven at 180 ºC for 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, heat oil in a frying pan and drop spoonfuls of the dough into it. Fry until brown on both sides. Serve warm.
