    bicarbonate of soda

    oil
  • 65
    ml
    milk
  • 4
    eggs, at room temperature
  • 500
    ml
    grated fresh pumpkin
  • 150
    g
    chopped pecan nuts
 

Method

 
1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC. 2. Place all ingredients in an electric mixing bowl and mix together for 3 minutes. 3. Grease a 23 cm ring tin. 4. Pour mixture into the tin. Bake for 1 hour. 5. Cool cake, drizzle with glacé icing.
