Ingredients (11)

360.00 g flour — cake
400.00 g white sugar
5.00 ml salt
5.00 ml cinnamon — ground
10.00 ml Baking powder
10.00 ml Bicarbonate of soda
250.00 ml oil
65.00 ml milk
4.00 eggs — at room temperature
500.00 ml pumpkin — grated
150.00 g pecan nuts — chopped

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
2. Place all ingredients in an electric mixing bowl and mix together for 3 minutes.
3. Grease a 23 cm ring tin.
4. Pour mixture into the tin. Bake for 1 hour.
5. Cool cake, drizzle with glacé icing.
