    pumpkin
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • sugar to taste
  • 1
    kg
    cooked grinding corn (whole kernel corn, cooked and off the cob)
  • 250
    ml
    water
 

Method

 
Peel and dice pumpkin. Place in saucepan and add water and salt. Cook gently until pumpkin is soft. Stir in dried corn and simmer for another 15 minutes.
