Puff pastryfinger food: with feta, olives and sun-dried tomatoes

  • 400
    g
    frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • feta cheese, crumbled
  • olives, chopped
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • fresh origanum
  • basil leaves to garnish
 

Method

 
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 20 uniform squares. Mix crumbled feta cheese with chopped olives (optional) and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and spoon a little of the mixture in the centre of the pastry squares. Sprinkle with dried or fresh origanum and bake according to the packet instructions until the pastry is done. Garnish with shredded basil leaves.
