Puff pastry finger food: with salami

  • 400
    g
    frozen puff pstry, defrosted
  • salami
  • tomato
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • dried mixed herbs
 

Method

 
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 20 uniform squares. Arrange pieces of chopped salami and tomato in the centre of each pastry square and sprinkle with a little grated Cheddar cheese and dried mixed herbs. Bake according to the packet instructions until the pastry is pale brown and nicely puffed out.
