Puff pastry finger food: with cream cheese and olives

    frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • herbed cream cheese
  • olives, stoned
  • black pepper and basil leaves to garnish


Roll out a roll of puff pastry and cut into 20 uniform squares. Spread a thick layer of herbed cream cheese down the centre of each pastry square and top with a stoned olive. Bake according to the packet instructions until the pastry is done, season with coarsely ground black pepper and garnish with fresh basil leaves,
